KuF2 is a 6 year old game and released last year in the west on PC. I doubt that they still put all their effort into that game. Set in parallel with the original Crusaders storyline, players control seven new generals in Heroes, including the half-vampire Leinhart, massive ogre warlord Urukubarr and the half-elf warrior Ellen. Wade into battle as your chosen leader while simultaneously commanding your army, now including powerful new elemental creatures to command.
Set five years before The Crusaders, a new cast of seven heroes will take players through 50 massive medieval battlefields in the single player Campaign Mode. Action elements have been boosted with a larger arsenal of power moves, yet the new units and environments make the strategy even deeper. Fans are taken behind the scenes in Heroes to uncover the reasons for the Encablossa War, and will get to experience each new character up close and personal for a whole new Kingdom Under Fire experience.
Kingdom Under Fire: Heroes blends brutal hack n’ slash action, intense real-time tactical planning and RPG-style customisation of your hero and army. While the hero always leads the charge, players have plenty of opportunity to buy upgrades for their troops and customize what unit types are brought to the field.
Fifteen years after its original Xbox console release, Kingdom Under Fire: Heroes is headed to PC (Steam) this summer.
